BodyXS offers a monthly subscription to the AI Coach feature. This policy explains how refunds work for that subscription.
Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
If you are unhappy with your subscription, contact us within 14 days of being charged and we will review your request. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for partial use of a billing period.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. To request a refund, contact Paddle support directly, or reach out to us using the details below and we will assist you.
