BodyXS ("we", "us", "our") operates bodyxs.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to create and manage your account.
AI Coach conversations. Messages you send to the AI Coach, including any meal photos you upload, are processed to generate a response. Photos are analyzed for nutritional estimates and are not used for any other purpose.
Usage data. We use cookies and similar identifiers to count how many free AI Coach requests a visitor has used before registration is required. This is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Stories you submit. If you share a weight loss story, we store the name (or "Anonymous"), text, and any photos you choose to include.
We use your information to operate the AI Coach, maintain your account, publish stories you submit for publication, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Google Sign-In for authentication and Anthropic's Claude AI to power the AI Coach. When you use the AI Coach, your messages and any uploaded photos are sent to Anthropic for processing. Please review Google's and Anthropic's own privacy policies for details on how they handle data.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also decline to use the AI Coach or Share Your Story features, which are optional.
